The baggage charges rates are based on flight distances: 0-800KM (exclusive), 800KM-1600KM (exclusive), and 1600KM or above. Differential charge rates applying to these flight distances are 12 yuan/kg, 16 yuan/kg and 20 yuan/kg respectively. The total baggage charge should be rounded up to the nearest tens. For example, when the overweight baggage of a passenger of the Chongqing-Guangzhou (1188 KM) Flight weighs 6.6 kg,The applicable charge rate is 16yuan/kg, so the overweight baggage charge should be 100yuan by rounding the product of 16 multiplied by 6.6. Notes for refund and change1. If your flight date changes, you should call the Call Center on 95373 before procurement of check-in (boarding pass) formalities to change the baggage allowance ordered for the original flight to your altered flight; otherwise information concerning the original baggage allowance order cannot be identified and the ordered baggage allowance will be invalid.
2. If the baggage charge of the pre order is before the flight takes off and the ticket has not gone through the check-in formalities, you can apply for a full refund through the original purchase channel; If the ticket is not used after the flight takes off, you can apply for a full refund through the original purchase channel after the ticket is refunded; If the ticket has been used, no refund is allowed. The processing time limit of refund application is 7 working days. The validity period of the refund for pre ordered baggage is the same as that of the ticket for passengers to purchase pre ordered baggage.
