Product description

1. You cannot book meals online within 36 hours before the scheduled departure time.

2. Only on some flights of WestAir, business class and premium economy class provide free in-flight meals or snacks, and the actual meals are subject to in-flight service.

3. Passengers who book food and beverage products, please explain the food and beverage varieties and seat number to the flight attendants after boarding, so that the flight attendants can deliver your meals as soon as possible.

4. Only alcoholic beverages provided by cabin crew can be drunk on board.

5. Passengers who have pre-ordered meals can self-request an invoice on the meal order details page after using their ticket; for domestic requests, you can call the customer service center at 95373 (for international calls, dial +86-898-95373) to request an electronic invoice.

6. Due to the seasonal adjustment of airline food, the food booked may not match the actual food delivered, and the actual delivery shall prevail.

7. All foods on the reservation menu are limited in quantity and may be changed or cancelled temporarily without prior notice.

8. Some airlines cannot provide hot food sales due to short voyage or planning reasons.

9. For guests with allergies or similar symptoms to specific foods, please consult with your doctor about possible risks.

10. For group meal orders exceeding 30 portions, please call 95373 at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight to make your reservation.

11. Passport-holding passengers must include the English symbol "/" in the middle of their names when purchasing tickets. For example, if the passenger's name is Li Yi and the passport name is LIYI, the format to be filled in should be LI/YI.

Rules for alterations, refunds and changes

1. Under normal flight conditions, once a meal is successfully booked, cancellation is not supported. If a passenger voluntarily changes their ticket and the original flight date is more than 36 hours (exclusive) before the departure time, and the new flight date is not earlier than the original flight date, the passenger may repurchase the meal and upon successful payment, call 95373 to request a refund for the original meal order. Upon successful application, the refund will be processed to the passenger's original payment account within 7 natural days.
2. In the event of flight irregularities leading to changes, or if the meal service is not provided due to the airline's reasons, you may call the customer service center at 95373 (or +86-898-95373 if calling from abroad) to request a refund. The refund will be processed within 7 natural days.
